Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
• In this role, your talents will move cases forward by gathering and organizing documents, creating and responding to discovery, calendaring hearings, and communicating with clients and attorneys to create a winning plan for each client

Qualifications

Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of litigation experience in Personal Injury
Bilingual (Spanish)
• Strong communication skills to enable positive interaction with clients, team members, and the general legal field
• Quality-, deadline-, and detail-oriented with strong working knowledge of the internet, Microsoft Office products, calendars, video conference software, scanners, etc.
• Competitive nature with a strong passion for exceeding personal and professional goals
• Ability to work collaboratively and effectively, both on a team and individually, in a high-energy, growing environment
• Draft/respond to discovery, create DCOs, and calendar deadlines and appointments
• Analyze evidence/reports, organize, and track files
• E-file
• Schedule depositions
• Prepare mediation/trial notebooks
