Full Job Description
This role supports one of our best litigation attorneys by providing critical research, document preparation, client interviews, and trial preparation, helping build strong cases for our clients. This role is ideal for an experienced litigation paralegal to work in collaboration with the winner of one of the top 50 Jury verdicts in Colorado, multiple Super Lawyer awards, DBJ's Top 40 under 40 award, as well as many jury verdicts and 7-figure settlements. What You'll Do • Make a significant impact and achieve outstanding results for our clients • Review, request, compile, and organize medical records including facilitating third-party vendor services for such. • Draft legal documents including pleadings, disclosure statements, subpoenas, affidavits, and discovery requests or responses. Also, filing motions and pleadings according to judicial procedures. • Communicate compassionately with clients and witnesses • Prepare, organize, store, and retrieve case files, which may include evidence, exhibits, depositions, pleadings, exhibits, and other items. • Assist attorneys with trial preparation , which may include attending trials, hearings, depositions, mediations, and client meetings.
