What does it look like:
- Manage and litigate medical malpractice cases from inception through resolution
- Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and discovery documents
- Prepare and present cases for trial, including depositions and court appearances
- Collaborate with medical experts, clients, and colleagues to develop case strategies
- Maintain accurate case files and ensure compliance with legal standards and deadlines
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and company events, including our popular Friday happy hours

Requirements
What do I need to bring to the table:- Juris Doctor (JD) and active license in Colorado
- Minimum of 2 years experience in litigation and/or medical malpractice- required
- Proven ability to manage cases with minimal supervision
- Demonstratable trial experience in complex cases
- Excellent negotiation skills - pushing back as needed
- Highly organized with strong case management abilities
- Written advocacy
- Enthusiastic team player with a positive attitude and a sense of humor
