• Familiarity with handling policy limit demands in Florida, Texas, and California is essential.
• Strong ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven collaboration skills with primary carriers and defense counsel required.
• In-depth knowledge of liability claims law and statutes in key states like Florida, California, and Texas is ideal.

Responsibilities

• Proactively manage Personal Umbrella Liability claims to achieve optimal results.
• Investigate and analyze complex coverage issues; write coverage letters as necessary.
• Conduct thorough liability and damages investigations for early exposure recognition.
• Focus on resolving claims with timely liability investigations and accurate reserve setting.
• Adhere to RLI's Best Practices in handling claims.
