Job Description

We are seeking an litigation attorney to join Trek's legal team. This role will manage the company's litigation matters across a range of practice areas, working closely with internal business partners and outside counsel.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and direct a range of litigation matters, including product and premises liability, employment, and general civil and class action litigation
  • Supervise litigation strategy, budgets, and case timelines
  • Participate in all aspects of case management, including responding to pleadings, conducting discovery, preparing witnesses, and attending trial.
  • Conduct internal investigations and fact-finding in connection with disputes and pre-litigation matters
  • Draft and review settlement agreements and other litigation-related documents
  • Oversee regulatory inquiries and government investigations as needed
  • Advise on risk-mitigation strategies and initiatives
  • Other responsibilities as needed
