Job DescriptionLitigation AttorneyWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Litigation Attorney to join our legal team in Wilmington with pay starting at 150K. As a Litigation Attorney, you will be responsible for representing clients in civil litigation matters and providing legal advice on a wide range of issues.
Key Responsibilities: - Handling all phases of the litigation process from investigation, pleadings, and discovery to pre-trial, trial, settlement, and appeal
- Conducting legal research and analysis of legal issues
- Drafting legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and agreements
- Preparing for and attending court hearings and trials
- Negotiating settlements on behalf of clients
Requirements: - JD from an accredited law school and admission to the state Bar
- Proven experience in civil litigation
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
