This role will assist the litigation attorney(s) by providing clerical and research support services including document preparation and review; interviewing clients and witnesses; research, investigations, and fact checking; and
trial preparation.Our litigation paralegals draft legal documents such as pleadings, disclosure statements, subpoenas, affidavits, and discovery requests or responses. A successful candidate will be able to keep case files and other important information neatly organized and easily accessible.
What's the role:- Meet with attorneys, clients, and other professionals to discuss assigned cases or projects.
- Review, request, compile, and organize medical records including facilitating third-party vendor services for such.
- Draft legal documents including pleadings, disclosure statements, subpoenas, affidavits, and discovery requests or responses. Also, filing motions and pleadings according to judicial procedures.
- Communicate with clients and witnesses as directed by supervising attorney.
- Prepare, organize, store, and retrieve case files, which may include evidence, exhibits, depositions, pleadings, exhibits, and other items.
- Assist attorneys with trial preparation , which may include attending trials, hearings, depositions, mediations, and client meetings.

Requirements
What's needed for the role:- Paralegal certificate preferred.
- 4+ years of experience as a litigation paralegal under attorney supervision.
- At least one year of personal injury experience
- Excellent organizational skills, follow-up, and time-management skills.
- Strong oral and written communication skills
