What You'll Do- Handle civil, construction defect, and business litigation matters from inception through resolution.
- Conduct legal research and prepare motions, pleadings, briefs, and other legal documents.
- Develop litigation strategies and advocate on behalf of clients.
- Manage case files and deadlines while maintaining high-quality legal work.
- Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to achieve successful outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and the courts.
What You'll Bring- 5-10 years of attorney experience.
- Experience handling civil, construction defect, and business litigation matters.
- Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication and advocacy skills.
- Nevada and/or Texas bar admission is preferred but not required.
