Qualified candidates should have litigation experience commensurate with time in practice, strong writing and analytical skills, excellent academic credentials, experience with discovery, including witness interviews and depositions, and a desire to appear in court. Experience with litigation in federal courts and complex, high-profile, high-dollar litigation is particularly helpful. License to practice in PA is required.
