Job Requirements:
Candidates should have between three and fiveyears of litigation experience. Candidates must have excellent academic credentials and strong research, writing and oral advocacy skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in a mid to large law firm, along with experience drafting pleadings and briefs, conducting research, managing traditional and electronic discovery, assisting with and/or taking and defending depositions, and appearing before state and federal courts.
Candidates must be in good standing with the CA Bar. Federal clerkship a plus.
