Full Job Description
The Orlando office of Dean Mead is seeking a Commercial Litigation/Bankruptcy Associate with 2-4 years of experience in commercial litigation, bankruptcy, or insurance defense to join our growing practice. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney looking to work on sophisticated and varied civil litigation and bankruptcy matters in a collaborative, fast-paced environment with meaningful opportunities for professional development and advancement.

The associate will work closely with shareholders and other attorneys in handling complex matters through all phases of the litigation process. A significant portion of this position will support bankruptcy and creditors' rights matters, making prior experience in that area - or a demonstrated interest in developing that practice - highly valuable.

In addition to bankruptcy and creditors' rights, our practice involves a broad range of civil and commercial disputes, including matters related to construction, trusts and estates, employment, real estate, business disputes, intellectual property, non-compete matters, and other related litigation issues.

Qualified candidates must have a strong academic record and be admitted to practice law in Florida. As part of the interview process, candidates will be asked to provide law school transcripts and a writing sample.
