Steptoe & Johnson PLLC is actively seeking an associate with 5+ years of experience to join our Litigation practice group in Dallas, TX. Qualified candidates should have litigation experience commensurate with time in practice, strong writing and analytical skills, excellent academic credentials, engage in discovery, conduct witness interviews and a desire to appear in court. Experience with litigation in federal courts and experience with complex, high-profile, high-dollar litigation, construction litigation or Energy Litigation is particularly helpful.
