About the Opportunity

A leading California-based construction litigation law firm is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Litigation Attorney to join its Oakland office. This is a unique opportunity to work with a team of seasoned trial lawyers and construction law experts on high-stakes, complex matters involving public and private infrastructure, construction defect claims, and contract disputes.

This role is ideal for attorneys who thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and are looking to take on meaningful responsibility, including first- and second-chair litigation opportunities. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and litigate complex construction defect and infrastructure-related cases from inception through resolution.
  • Draft and argue motions, conduct depositions, and participate in mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
  • Collaborate with clients, experts, and internal teams to develop case strategies and manage discovery.
  • Provide legal analysis and risk assessments to clients in the construction and real estate sectors.

Qualifications
