Full Job Description
Burr & Forman LLP has an immediate opening in its Fort Lauderdale, Orlando, or Tampa, FL office for a litigation associate in its Financial Services Litigation Practice Group. This position requires a J.D. degree and membership in the Florida Bar. This candidate should have three or more years of litigation experience, and a federal clerkship is preferred. Burr will consider various types of litigation experience. Quality candidates will be self-starters with great client service skills, strong academic credentials, as well as strong research, writing, organizational and analytical skills. Candidates must be qualified to practice law in Tennessee, and qualifications to practice law in other states is preferred but not required.
