As part of WSP's award-winning Rail & Transit team, you'll collaborate with Chief Engineers, Systems Specialists, Signals & Communications experts, Electrification teams, Project Managers, and BIM professionals to advance digital project delivery across complex rail programs.

Your Impact
  • Ensure BIM models meet required BIM Standards, including EIR dependencies.
  • Set up Civil 3D models and templates for linear infrastructure (2D & 3D).
  • Support and maintain Civil 3D, including troubleshooting and system upgrades.
  • Develop and refine digital tools to improve linear BIM workflows.
  • Contribute to BIM Execution Plans and ensure drawing deliverables comply with CAD/BIM standards.
  • Mentor junior BIM team members and support national and regional BIM initiatives.
  • Apply rail and transit project experience to advance digital delivery across multidisciplinary teams.

The Skills That Set You Apart
  • A university degree in Engineering (Civil preferred) with 6-10 years of relevant industry experience.
  • Expertise in ProjectWise, ACC, Civil 3D, and BIM support tools.
  • Working knowledge of ISO 19650 BIM standards and BIM quality assurance guidelines.
  • Experience supporting National and/or Regional BIM standards.
  • Ability to manage senior CAD/BIM staff across multiple offices in a matrix environment.
  • Passion for BIM technologies and ability to promote adoption across teams.
  • Experience with design automation; scripting in Dynamo/Python is an asset.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Compensation

AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT: $77,400 - $102,500

MB & ON: $70,600 - $97,200

NB, NL, NS, PEI & QC: $69,900 - $92,900
