The Opportunity

In this role, you will contribute to the evolution of digital delivery in our Rail & Transit sector-an area recognized internationally for its innovation and technical leadership. Your work will help integrate engineering intelligence, BIM workflows, and custom digital tools that improve accuracy, efficiency, and collaboration across major infrastructure programs.

Your Impact
  • Design, enhance, and maintain .NET-based desktop applications that support civil and digital engineering delivery across multidisciplinary teams.
  • Apply your civil engineering and Autodesk Civil 3D expertise to strengthen design workflows and support model accuracy and quality.
  • Review BIM models for alignment with project requirements, ensuring data integrity and coordination across disciplines.
  • Contribute to BIM processes including data management, clash detection, and digital project collaboration.
  • Integrate engineering and BIM software tools, troubleshoot issues, and optimize existing codebases.
  • Participate in testing, documentation, and rollout of digital solutions that support project execution.
  • Stay ahead of digital delivery trends in civil engineering, BIM, and software development, bringing innovative ideas forward.


The Skills That Set You Apart
  • A diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience working with Autodesk Civil 3D in design or digital delivery environments.
  • Hands-on BIM expertise with tools such as Revit or Navisworks.
  • Proficiency in .NET development (C#), including experience with UI frameworks like WPF or WinForms.
  • Familiarity with common data environments (Autodesk Docs, ProjectWise) and their APIs.
  • Experience with Git-based version control, GitHub Actions/automation, and GitHub Copilot for code support.
  • Knowledge of PowerShell, YAML, and modern CI/CD workflows.
  • Experience with Power BI or similar tools for reporting digital engineering data.


Compensation:
  • AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT: $89 800 - $118 900
  • MB & ON: $81 900 - $112 800
  • NB, NL, NS, PEI & QC: $ 81 100 - $107 700
