As a Line Supervisor, you will lead a dedicated production line, guiding Team Leads and crew members to safely deliver quality work on schedule and within budget. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will serve as a coach, mentor, and problem-solver while collaborating closely with Manufacturing, Quality, Safety, and Project Management teams to drive operational excellence.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $ $83,000.00 $106,000.00 annually. This information reflects the anticipated base salary for this position based on current market data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experiences, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
What You Bring- High school diploma or equivalent with 10+ years of construction trades or manufacturing experience.
- Proven experience leading crews, Team Leads, or production teams in a manufacturing or construction environment.
- Strong understanding of safety programs, OSHA requirements, quality standards, and production processes.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction documents.
- Experience planning work, setting production goals, and ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.
- Strong leadership, communication, coaching, and team-building skills.
- Proficiency with technology and the Microsoft Office 365 suite.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to lead by example, build trust, and develop future leaders.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel up to 20%.
Nice to Have- Experience in off-site construction, modular manufacturing, or industrialized construction environments.
- Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, or standard work development.
- Experience working with subcontractors and cross-functional project teams.
- Familiarity with grade-reading equipment, laser levels, and field layout processes.
- Previous experience participating in incident investigations and safety program development.
- Formal leadership, supervisory, or management training.
- Experience using production planning, scheduling, or project management software.
- Bilingual communication skills.
