DescriptionPerforms installation, maintenance, and repairs on line manufacturing equipment. Locates and diagnoses failures, replaces defective components, and performs basic troubleshooting using standard electronic equipment, detailed drawings, diagrams, sketches, specifications, prints, manuals, and verbal and/or written instructions. Maintains appropriate maintenance and repair logs. Uses a variety of hand, power, and test tools and equipment. May redesign optical, vacuum, electrical, electronic, or mechanical systems for incorporation on existing manufacturing equipment. May estimate labor and equipment costs and prepare requisitions as required.
Basic Qualifications: - High School Diploma/GED with 6 or more years of industry-related experience
- Experience working with electronics and test equipment
- MS Office experience
- Willing to work a flexible work schedule that includes extended shifts, may include holidays, and weekends as required
- US Citizenship required
Preferred Qualifications:- Active Secret clearance.
- Advanced education in electronics, electronic testing, electronic troubleshooting
- Developmental or operational test experience.
- 4 years or more of industry-related testing and troubleshooting experience.
- Experience with ESD (electrostatic discharge) and FOD (foreign object damage) control.

Primary Level Salary Range: $72,600.00 - $121,000.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
