Specific Responsibilities Would Include
The Licensing Manager will oversee the following product categories for our accessories team: cold weather knits, belts, jewelry and hosiery.
Strategy & Innovation
- Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities
- Perform competitive brand and pricing analyses
Operations & Results
- Construct critical plans to ensure we hit all desired development milestones
- Manage these plans with internal team to guarantee the brand will hit all milestones in a timely manner
- Regularly update licensor database with product and development information
- Track all product approvals in PLM portal
- Work with Sales, Finance, and Planning teams to consolidate Licensor Reporting
- Coordinate showroom updates with licensor’s visual merchandising teams
Customers & Relationships
- Lead communication to brand team to progress product development and update on any issues regarding shipment or sample delays
- Work closely withinternalteams including design, sales, production, and follow-uponlicensordeliverables

Salary Range: $85,000-$90,000
