What We're Looking ForMust-Have Qualifications- Current North Carolina Electrical License (or ability to obtain one through reciprocity)
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to explain service options and help customers make informed decisions
- Valid driver's license (clean driving record preferred)
- High school diploma or equivalent
Nice-to-Have Qualifications- Familiarity with tablets, digital dispatching, or paperless job documentation
