This includes education and treatment for pregnancy prevention, sexually transmitted infection (STI) Prevention and safer sex practices. - Administer immunizations and injections (to include but not limited to COVID19, influenza, TB, Depo) and provides evidence-based patient/parent vaccine counseling and education. - Minimum of one-year related work experience in a healthcare setting - Experience documenting within an Electronic Medical Record - Ability to take vital signs, perform phlebotomy blood draws and perform Point of Care Testing - Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, including but not limited to performing CPR and operating an Automated External Defibrillator (AED). - Pass a FIT test and wear the provided respirator mask when protocol is required. **Preferred Qualifications** - Phlebotomy Certificate or phlebotomy experience preferred. If not experienced, must successfully complete internal phlebotomy training. - Previous experience in Primary Care, Urgent Care or Emergency Room **Licensure/Certifications** - The LPN/LVN must have a full, active and unrestricted license as a Licensed Practical or Vocational Nurse in a State, Territory or Commonwealth of the United States or District of Columbia. **Education** - Graduate of a school of Practical or Vocational Nursing, approved by the State Agency and/or accredited by the National League for Nursing (Accrediting Commission (NLNAC)) at the time the program was completed by the applicant. **Pay Range** The typical pay range for this role is: $26.88 - $58.40 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
