- 5+ years of experience in construction or civil projects
- Ability to pass criminal background, drug screening, and a physical examination.
- Ability to use essential tools such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, STAAD.Pro effectively.
- Design and Drafting Tools: Microstation
- Structural & Analysis Software: ETABS/ SAP2000, SAFE
- Surveying and GIS Tools: ArcGIS/QGIS, Total Station controller software
- Revit
- Navisworks
- MATLAB or Python
- Ability to use project management and productivity tools such as Microsoft Project or Primavera P6 and Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site surveying.
- Understanding of geotechnical principals, drainage, and structural design.
Primary Job Responsibilities:- Interpret and develop project drawings and specifications.
- Perform hydraulic modeling for water supply, drainage and stormwater systems.
- Analyze flow rates, pressure, and network performance using specialized software.
- Prepare and update project schedules and track progress - while reporting status to project managers and clients.
- Oversee daily construction activities to ensure work is carried out according to design and schedule.
- Ensuring compliance and quality throughout all aspects of the project.
