As the Licensed Nursing Home Administrator at Holden Rehabilitation & Skilled Nursing Center, you will have the resources, support, and autonomy needed to lead a highly respected facility dedicated to excellence in resident care and employee engagement. Our talented team is seeking a compassionate, experienced leader who shares our commitment to quality, service, and continuous improvement.

In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of this 123-bed facility, ensuring the highest standards of resident care, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence. You will foster a positive, collaborative workplace culture while supporting both long-term skilled nursing care and short-term rehabilitation services.

Pay Range: $155,000 - $170,000

Responsibilities
  • Direct the day-to-day operations of a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, as well as facility policies and procedures.
  • Foster a culture focused on quality care, resident satisfaction, and employee engagement.
  • Recruit, develop, mentor, and support department leaders and staff.
  • Oversee staffing, scheduling, and operational performance to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Manage budgets, financial performance, and regulatory compliance.
  • Conduct routine facility inspections to ensure quality standards are consistently met.
  • Promote and protect resident rights while maintaining a safe, respectful, and person-centered environment.
  • Build strong relationships with residents, families, employees, healthcare partners, and the surrounding community.

Qualifications
  • Current, activeMassachusetts Nursing Home Administrator License required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Public Health, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of3 years of leadership experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting.
  • Strong knowledge of long-term care regulations, reimbursement, compliance requirements, survey processes, and nursing home operations.
  • Proven leadership, financial management, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to motivate, develop, and inspire a diverse team.
  • Ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
