Licensed Nursing Home Administrator at
Holden Rehabilitation & Skilled Nursing Center, you will have the resources, support, and autonomy needed to lead a highly respected facility dedicated to excellence in resident care and employee engagement. In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of this 123-bed facility, ensuring the highest standards of resident care, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence. You will foster a positive, collaborative workplace culture while supporting both long-term skilled nursing care and short-term rehabilitation services.
Pay Range: $155,000 - $170,000- 401(k)

Responsibilities- Direct the day-to-day operations of a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, as well as facility policies and procedures.
- Foster a culture focused on quality care, resident satisfaction, and employee engagement.
- Recruit, develop, mentor, and support department leaders and staff.
- Oversee staffing, scheduling, and operational performance to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
- Manage budgets, financial performance, and regulatory compliance.
- Conduct routine facility inspections to ensure quality standards are consistently met.
- Promote and protect resident rights while maintaining a safe, respectful, and person-centered environment.
- Build strong relationships with residents, families, employees, healthcare partners, and the surrounding community.
Qualifications- Current, activeMassachusetts Nursing Home Administrator License required.
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Public Health, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of3 years of leadership experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting.
- Strong knowledge of long-term care regulations, reimbursement, compliance requirements, survey processes, and nursing home operations.
- Proven leadership, financial management, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to motivate, develop, and inspire a diverse team.
- Ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
