We are seeking a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead our Jamestowne campus, a top rated dedicated post acute care community within Community First Solutions. In this role, you will provide overall leadership and operational direction for the campus, ensuring outstanding resident experiences, strong employee engagement, and regulatory excellence. This is not a desk-only leadership role. As the Licensed Nursing Home Administrator, you will be visible, engaged, and hands-on-partnering closely with clinical leaders, department directors, residents, families, and community stakeholders to drive results. Responsibilities

  • Provides leadership in the delivery of coordinated, integrated resident care through the development and improvement of delivery systems. Leads the integration of innovation and evidence-based findings into practice.
  • Creates an environment supportive of innovative solutions. Demonstrates and directs employees in using a systematic approach in analyzing and utilizing data in problem-solving, with a focus on results and the evaluation of outcomes.
  • Establishes high performance standards for service outcomes and works with leadership team to meet standards and continually improve resident satisfaction and loyalty. Assures operational targets are met for resident satisfaction, employee satisfaction, physician satisfaction, and employee turnover.
  • Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local regulatory requirements through appropriate departmentalization and delegation of duties. Maintains a state of readiness for survey by regulatory bodies.
  • Assists each Department Director to maintain full compliance with the quality assurance standards of Community First Solutions. Conducts routine visual inspections of all department operations.
  • Abides by the company Always Behaviors each and every day as we serve our clients, colleagues, and community.
  • Assumes responsibility as the Licensed Nursing Home Administrator of Record for the facility
  • Ensures that all areas within the facility, and on the property grounds, are well-maintained in a clean, sanitary, and safe manner.
  • Oversees the maintenance of complete and accurate resident records required by law.
  • Serves on community operational committees to ensure compliance with apAll other duties as assigned and/or appropriate to the position.
  • All other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, health services administration or related field. (Master's Degree preferred)

Licenses or other required certifications: Must be licensed by the State of Ohio Board of Examiners of Nursing Home Administrators or have the ability to obtain Ohio license upon hire.

Experience:
  • Long term care and RCF expertise and thorough knowledge of the financial management of healthcare operations typically obtained with five or more years' experience.
  • Managerial experience equivalent to five years.
  • Knowledge of the requirements of the various regulatory and accrediting agencies as applicable. Expertise in Long term Care and Assisted Living facilities.
  • Familiarity with Dementia and chronic disease management as applicable.
