Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) - Cincinnati, OH

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead daily operations, inspire staff, and ensure the delivery of high-quality resident care. What You'll Do
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

Qualifications
• Current Ohio Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license required.
• Prior leadership experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility or Long-Term Care setting preferred.
• Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to lead teams and achieve operational goals.
