Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead our 156-bed skilled nursing facility.
As the Administrator, you will be responsible for the overall operations of the facility, ensuring high-quality resident care, regulatory compliance, financial performance, and a positive environment for residents, families, and staff.
Responsibilities- Provide strong leadership and direction to all departments within the facility
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and healthcare standards
- Oversee daily facility operations and work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, physicians, and staff
- Monitor quality outcomes, survey readiness, and regulatory compliance
- Support census growth and positive referral relationships within the community
- Recruit, develop, and retain a strong leadership and facility team
- Monitor financial performance and operational goals
- Promote a culture focused on resident-centered care, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Address concerns promptly and work toward effective solutions
Qualifications- Current Illinois Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license required
- Prior Nursing Home Administrator experience required.
- Skilled nursing/long-term care experience required
- Strong knowledge of state and federal long-term care regulations
- Proven leadership and team-building abilities
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment
