Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) Responsibilities:- Provide leadership and oversight of daily skilled nursing facility operations
- Partner with clinical and department leaders to ensure exceptional resident care
- Maintain compliance with applicable state and federal regulations
- Develop, support, and retain a strong facility leadership team
- Promote a positive culture for residents, families, and employees

Qualifications for Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA):- Active Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license required
- Previous experience as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Knowledge of skilled nursing facility operations and regulatory requirements
- Ability to lead teams and build a positive, results-focused culture
