Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to lead our beautiful, modern campus in
Eau Claire, Wisconsin. This unique opportunity puts you at the helm of a
50-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation center, supported by a stable and successful management team.
The Opportunity
As Administrator, you'll provide overall leadership and direction for both the skilled nursing facility and assisted living residence. You'll have a meaningful impact on residents, families, employees, and the broader Eau Claire community.
Your leadership will encompass:
- Financial and operational performance
- Employee engagement, development, and retention
- Regulatory and compliance oversight
- Quality improvement and clinical outcomes
- Resident and family satisfaction
- Census and occupancy
- Team leadership and accountability

We're looking for someone who can lead with confidence, listen with intention, solve problems thoughtfully, and make sound decisions when it matters most.
Required Qualifications- Current Wisconsin Nursing Home Administrator license, or currently in the process of obtaining licensure
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or comparable healthcare experience
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop employees at various levels
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to independently assess situations and make informed decisions
Preferred Experience- Previous nursing home administrator experience
- Experience overseeing skilled nursing and/or assisted living operations
- A passion for developing strong teams and delivering an exceptional resident experience
