  • Coordinate mechanical system designs with architectural, structural, electrical, plumbing, and other engineering disciplines.
  • Review RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, and other construction-phase documentation.
  • Conduct field investigations, site visits, and construction observations as required.
  • Resolve design and constructability challenges by developing practical engineering solutions.
  • Support commissioning, inspections, punch-list activities, and project closeout.
  • Ensure all designs comply with applicable building codes, industry standards, and client requirements.
  • Maintain high standards of technical accuracy, quality, and documentation throughout project delivery.

Requirements
  • Active Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.

  • Proficiency with mechanical design software such as AutoCAD, Revit MEP, or similar engineering platforms.
  • Ability to independently develop, review, and seal engineering designs.
  • Excellent technical, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary design teams.
  • Hands-on mechanical design experience is required.
  • Candidates whose experience is primarily project management without significant engineering design responsibilities will not be considered.

Benefits
  • Competitive salary based on experience.
