If you're a licensed Engineer or Architect looking to expand your leadership skills while working on historic preservation, forensic investigations, restoration, and new construction projects, we'd like to hear from you. Ideal candidates have experience with one or more of the following:
  • Evaluating structural or architectural failures
  • Assessing deterioration, code deficiencies, and safety concerns
  • Designing structural and building enclosure repairs
  • Preparing construction documents for restoration and renovation projects

  • Structural failure investigations
  • Building enclosure evaluations

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or Architecture (advanced degrees are valued but not required)
  • Registered Architect or Licensed Engineer
  • 3+ years of related experience
  • The desire to engage in hands-on field investigations
  • Willingness to perform field investigations and travel as project needs require
  • Valid driver's license, driving history, and background verifications
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future employer sponsorship
