ICF is currently seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to serve as part of a team of clinical and other subject matter experts supporting ACF's mission to foster health and well-being through effective, accountable, and compassionate human services. This project is part of our Prevention of Sexual Abuse project that conducts compliance audits and technical assistance for the Office of Refugee Resettlement provider community. This team's mission is to ensure clinical, behavioral health, disability-related, and psychosocial risk factors are identified and addressed, and that system-wide practices, policies, and provider operations promote safe, trauma-informed, and compliant care environments working in concert to prevent sexual abuse, sexual harassment, and other forms of child abuse and neglect.

This is for a six-month duration with the opportunity for extension beyond the initial term, subject to project needs, funding, and organizational requirements.

The Licensed Clinical Social Worker's alignment to this mission is addressing social, environmental, and service delivery risk factors that may contribute to unsafe conditions, abuse, or neglect, ensuring coordinated and preventive support systems.

This position is full-time with on-call/after hours availability. The position will require approximately 25% travel to provider sites.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Support quality assurance of mental health and psychosocial services.
• Increase access to mental health care and supportive services.
• Build provider capacity and maintain referral networks and partnerships.
• Conduct surveillance of mental health conditions across UAC programs.
• Conduct site visits and needs assessments of psychosocial services.
• Train stakeholders on child safety, trauma-informed care, and risk identification.
• Participate in cross-ORR workgroups to ensure compliance with policies and standards.
• Assess and enhance response protocols for sexual abuse and sexual harassment incidents.
• Consult on provider conditions and environments that may indicate risk of inappropriate sexual conduct or unmet mental health needs.
• Provide case-level consultation on placement, safety planning, and service coordination.

Basic Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work with active LCSW license
• Minimum 5+ years clinical/public health experience
• Expertise in child welfare, trauma-informed care, and service coordination
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of migrant/refugee issues, particularly related to children.
• Experience working for a refugee program.
• Prior work experience in a consulting environment.

Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position.

The pay range for this position based on full-time employment is:
$108,476.00 - $184,409.00
