Job Description:

Parsons is seeking an experienced Liaison Officer (LNO) to support Cyber Command operations, mission coordination, stakeholder engagement, and operational planning. The LNO will facilitate coordination across Cyber Command organizations and mission partners while providing technical insight, analysis, and recommendations to senior government leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for Cyber Command operations and mission coordination.

  • Support OCO.

  • Support mission planning, capability integration, and operational coordination.

  • Provide technical analysis, guidance, and recommendations on mission requirements.

  • Coordinate with Cyber Command stakeholders and mission partners to support operational objectives.

  • Develop reports, briefings, presentations, and operational documentation.

  • Maintain relationships with senior government and military stakeholders.

  • Translate complex operational and technical concepts into actionable recommendations.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university; relevant technical or operational discipline preferred. Master preferred. 

  • 10+ years of relevant experience supporting the Department of Defense (DoD)/Department of War (DoW).

  • Demonstrated experience supporting Cyber Command/USCYBERCOM operations and mission requirements.

  • Demonstrated experience with operational planning, mission systems, capability integration, and stakeholder coordination.

  • Experience supporting OCO operations.

  • Experience engaging senior government and military leadership.

  • Strong analytical, program management, leadership, communication, and presentation skills.

  • Active TS/SCI w/Polygraph security clearance required.

Security Clearance Requirement:

An active Top Secret SCI w/Polygraph security clearance is required for this position.​

This position is part of our Federal Solutions team.

Salary Range: $134,100.00 - $241,400.00
