The Air Dominance portfolio is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance Program Controls Analyst (P2) to join the team supporting the AMRAAM D4/C9 Engineering & Manufacturing Development (EMD) Contract-a critical AMRAAM subsystems modernization effort covering redesign and development efforts.

This role offers a significant growth opportunity to work closely with Program Managers (PMs), Control Account Managers (CAMs), Integrated Product Team (IPT) Leads, Finance Leadership, and Operations/Supply Chain partners on one of the Air Dominance portfolio's highest-visibility programs.

What You Will Do
  • Serve as a key member of the program finance team responsible for detailed cost and schedule analysis.
  • Support Earned Value Management (EVM) activities including cost/schedule integration, variance analysis, and preparation of monthly EV deliverables.
  • Help define and understand monthly variances to budget and the program's EAC/LRE positions.
  • Perform quarterly Estimates at Completion (EAC) and monthly Latest Revised Estimates (LRE), utilizing key EV metrics and program actuals.
  • Complete monthly CDRL financial submissions with rapid turnaround to meet customer deadlines.
  • Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial data analysis supporting major program milestones and subsystem development progress.
  • Update financial reports, tracking tools, and presentations for program leadership and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Process approved Budget Change Requests (BCRs) and ensure all changes are accurately incorporated into program control systems.
  • Support FP&A monthly cadence and broader finance operations as needed.


Qualifications You Must Have
  • Typically requires a Bachelor's and a minimum of 2 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field
  • Experience with data analysis, financial reporting, and/or process improvement.
  • Experience with MS Office

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.

The salary range for this role is 68,900 USD - 131,100 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
