Compensation Competitive base salary between $85,000 - $95,000 with potential performance-based incentives and opportunities for progression.

Responsibilities- Oversee and manage a team of ancillary product claims adjusters, ensuring timely and accurate claim resolution
- Handle complex claims cases related to protection products, providing guidance and support to team members
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline claims processes and improve service delivery
- Conduct regular training and coaching sessions for team development
- Maintain accurate documentation and report on team performance metrics
Qualifications- Valid British Columbia Level 3 Insurance Adjuster License in good standing
- 2-3 years of experience in automotive or insurance claims preferred
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel)
- Ability to work full-time onsite in Edmonton and participate in rotating Saturday shifts if required
- Post-secondary education in Business, Insurance, Risk Management, or a related field is highly desirable
