Full Job Description
Title:
Lethality & Capability Integration Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

KBR seeks a Special Operations SME to provide capability development and force modernization support to Special Operations Forces lethality portfolios.

Duties include:
1. Develop and review SOFCIDS, JCIDS, ICDs, CDDs, CPDs, DOTMLPF-P assessments, Mission Needs Statements, and Material Fielding Plans.

2. Evaluate weapons, optics, laser systems, fire-control systems, and visual augmentation technologies.

3. Support capability gap analysis, requirements development, testing, acquisition, and fielding activities.

4. Develop executive briefings, technical reports, and modernization recommendations.

5. Support prototype demonstrations, operational assessments, and technology integration efforts.

Work Environment:
  • Location: On-site, Camp Lejeune, NC
  • Travel Requirements: Minimal 0-20%, supporting strong work-life balance
  • Working Hours: Standard


Qualifications:

Required:
  • Active TS/SCI security clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Military Science, Systems Engineering, Operations Research, or related discipline.
  • 10+ years supporting Special Operations Forces, capability development, force modernization, acquisition, or weapons systems.
  • Experience with SOFCIDS and/or JCIDS requirements development
  • Experience supporting testing, fielding, operational assessments, and acquisition programs
  • Experience briefing senior military and acquisition leaders.


Desired:

  • Special Forces, MARSOC, Ranger Regiment, NSW, or AFSOC operational experience.
  • PEO-SW or PM SOF Lethality experience.
  • Weapons, optics, laser, fire-control, and visual augmentation expertise.
  • DAU Acquisition training and/or PMP certification.
  • Source selection and operational experimentation experience.


Scheduled Weekly Hours:

40hrs

Basic Compensation:

The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, abilities and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.

Additional Compensation:

KBR may offer bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels, per internal policy or contractual designation. Additional compensation may be in the form of sign on bonus, relocation benefits, short term incentives, long term incentives, or discretionary payments for exceptional performance.
