Job Description:

Exhibits a general understanding of the DOW and Federal Government regulations governing the conduct of the Command's cyberspace mission and Joint Lessons Learned Program. Conducts analysis of observations from operations, activities, exercises, experiments, and wargames and provides recommendations for improvements to doctrine, organization, training, materiel, leadership, and education, personnel, facilities, and policy (DOTMLPF-P) that affect the Command's cyberspace operations mission. Assists the Command Issues Resolution process by developing recommendations for best practices that improve operations or activities and result in an internalized change to capability, process, or procedure. Assists the Command Lessons Learned Program in the collection of information from all sources, internal and external, that could require analysis and independent review. Provide analysis and make recommendations for USCYBERCOM's Lessons Learned Program to identify, track, and resolve issues impacting training, exercises, daily operations, mission readiness, and real-world events. Establishes and maintains business processes to ensure all referred issues are fully and accurately recorded.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum five years of Joint or Service Lessons Learned or Training evaluation experience
  • Three years of experience working for or supporting a Combatant Command, Service HQ, Joint Force Headquarters, Joint Task Force, Joint Duty Assignment, Cyber Mission Force team, or Intelligence Community organizations
  • Three years of experience interacting with and providing briefs to senior leaders
  • Minimum of Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university

CLEARANCE:

TS/SCI w/CI POLY is required
