Overview:We are looking for a
Senior Technology Leader to lead product strategy, technology architecture, AI initiatives, and delivery for an
AI-first lending and collateral management platform. The person will work closely with business leaders, product teams, enterprise architecture, security, and offshore engineering teams to drive projects from
strategy through production.
Key Responsibilities;- Lead product strategy, roadmap, prioritization, and delivery planning.
- Translate business requirements into scalable technology solutions.
- Lead solution architecture and technical decision-making.
- Work with engineering teams on cloud, APIs, microservices, integrations, security, scalability, and DevOps.
- Drive adoption of Generative AI, Machine Learning, Agentic AI, and AI-assisted development.
- Establish and promote AI governance and responsible AI practices.
- Manage Agile delivery, dependencies, risks, blockers, and project timelines.
- Lead and coordinate offshore engineering teams.
- Track KPIs, KRIs, delivery metrics, and overall program health.
- Work closely with Directors, Senior Directors, Product, Engineering, Architecture, Infrastructure, and Security teams.
- Present project status, risks, technical recommendations, and strategy to senior leadership.
Must-Have Qualifications;- 10+ years of experience leading enterprise technology initiatives.
- Strong experience leading cross-functional Agile teams and large technology programs.
- Strong technical leadership and solution architecture experience.
- Experience with lending, loan lifecycle, collateral management, or financial services technology.
- Strong product strategy and business-to-technology translation skills
- Practical experience with Generative AI.
- Understanding of Machine Learning and Agentic AI.
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools.
- Knowledge of AI governance, risk, and Responsible AI.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive presence.
