Legal & Contracts Lead (US)

Dallas, TX (Uptown - Hybrid

CMC, part of Amoria Group, is looking for an experienced Legal & Contracts Lead to be the key legal and contractual partner to our US business. Working closely with Sales, Operations, Finance and Leadership teams, you'll oversee the review, negotiation and governance of commercial contracts, helping the business achieve commercial objectives while effectively managing risk.

What You'll Do
  • Review, negotiate and manage a range of commercial agreements, including Client Terms, MSAs, SOWs, amendments and contractor agreements.
  • Act as the first point of contact for day-to-day legal and contractual queries across the US business.
  • Identify and assess legal, commercial and operational risks, providing practical and commercially focused solutions.
  • Own the contract review and approval process, ensuring strong governance and accurate documentation.
  • Partner with Sales, Finance, Operations and Compliance teams to ensure contractual obligations are understood and effectively implemented.
  • Support the continuous improvement of legal processes, templates, systems and ways of working.
