Électromécanicien
Rôle Permanent, Syndiqué

Horaire: 4x10S - Lundi à Mercredi 17:00 PM à 3:30 AM ; Jeudi 16:30 PM à 2:30 AM

L'électromécanicien est responsable de l'entretien et de la réparation des différentes lignes de production et équipements. Il doit également contribuer à l'accroissement du rendement et de la fiabilité de l'ensemble des installations et des équipements liés à la production, tout en assurant la sécurité des équipements, des produits et de l'environnement de production.

Principales responsabilités
  • Diagnostiquer la cause des pannes et réparer les équipements (appareils de filtrage, appareils d'emballage, balances, convoyeurs, torréfacteurs, compresseurs, générateurs, systèmes robotisés, etc.) à l'aide de dessins et de schémas techniques;
  • Effectuer diverses tâches liées à l'entretien préventif des équipements (nettoyage, inspection, lubrification, etc.) ;
  • Documenter minutieusement les activités d'entretien à l'aide de la base de données d'entretien, communiquer efficacement avec les employés concernés sur des questions d'entretien (autres électromécaniciens, opérateurs, ingénieurs, superviseurs, etc.), et utiliser correctement le système d'inventaire et d'entretien;
  • Soutenir l'amélioration des processus dans les secteurs assignés grâce à l'observation et à l'analyse de l'historique de l'entretien de l'équipement;
  • Assurer la propreté et la sécurité des zones de travail, ainsi que la conformité à toutes les procédures en matière de santé et sécurité au travail et bonnes pratiques de fabrication;
  • Soutenir la production au quotidien, selon les priorités, grâce au fonctionnement continu de l'équipement, à la recherche et à la réparation des pannes, ainsi qu'à la formation des opérateurs en matière de réglage, d'ajustement ou de changement;
  • Utiliser des machines-outils, de l'équipement de soudure et des appareils de mesure afin de fabriquer des pièces de machinerie;
  • Collaborer avec les équipes chargées de l'amélioration et les vendeurs dans le cadre de projets spéciaux.

Qualifications
  • Diplôme en électromécanique de systèmes automatisés;
  • 1 à 2 ans d'expérience dans un poste similaire (un atout)
  • Connaissances mécaniques, électriques, hydrauliques, pneumatiques et automatisation;
  • Connaissances en informatique;
  • License C en électricité (un atout).

  • Capacité à mener efficacement de front des tâches multiples, à collaborer avec de nombreux intervenants et à atteindre les objectifs de rendement;
  • Excellentes capacités de communication (maîtrise du français);

Rémunération globale:

CAD $40.60 par heure (prime(s) additionnelle(s) selon la convention collective en vigueur)

Maintenance Technician
Permanent, Unionized Role

Shift: 4x10S - Monday to Wednesday 5:00 PM to 3:30 AM ; Thursday 4:30 PM to 2:30 AM

The Electromechanic is responsible for the maintenance and repair of various production lines and equipment. He/She must also help increase the performance and reliability of all production-related facilities and equipment, while ensuring the safety of the equipment, products, and the production environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify the cause of malfunctions and repair equipment (filtering devices, packaging machinery, scales, conveyors, roasters, compressors, generators, robotic systems, etc.) using technical drawings and diagrams
  • Perform various tasks related to preventive maintenance of equipment (cleaning, inspection, lubrication, etc.)
  • Keep detailed records of maintenance activities using the maintenance database, communicate effectively with appropriate employees regarding maintenance issues (other electromechanics, operators, engineers, supervisors, etc.), and use the inventory and maintenance system correctly
  • Support process improvements in assigned areas through observation and analysis of equipment maintenance records
  • Ensure that work areas are clean and safe, and that all occupational health and safety procedures and good manufacturing practices are followed
  • Support production on a daily basis, as needed and according to priorities, by ensuring continuous equipment operation, troubleshooting and repairing breakdowns, and training operators on settings, adjustments, and replacements
  • Use machine tools, welding equipment, and measuring instruments to manufacture machine parts
  • Work with the improvement teams and sales representatives on special projects

Qualifications
  • Diploma in Automated Systems Electromechanics
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar position (an asset)
  • Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic and automation systems
  • Computer skills
  • Class C Electrical License (an asset)
