Location: Long Beach, CA (Roving: South Bay & Orange County)
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00/hour + $350/mo Auto Allowance + Monthly Bonuses
Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
The OpportunityBeach Front Property Management is seeking an energetic, driven Leasing Specialist to join our Southern California team. Based out of our Long Beach office, you will travel to assigned multi-family properties across the South Bay, Orange County, and Inglewood to tour prospective residents and close leases.
Commission Structure (Resets Monthly)- 1-5 leases: $200 per lease
- 6-10 leases: $250 per lease
- 11+ leases: $300 per lease (Top performers consistently hit 10+ leases/month)
What You'll Do- Conduct engaging property tours and showcase apartment amenities.
- Respond promptly to prospective resident inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins.
- Process lease applications, credit checks, and rental agreements.
- Maintain accurate lead and tenant tracking records using Yardi.
- Travel between assigned regional properties as needed.
Requirements
- Previous experience in residential/multifamily apartment leasing.
- Exceptional customer service, communication, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work a Tuesday - Saturday schedule.
- Familiarity with Yardi software is a plus (not required).
- Reliable vehicle for traveling between regional property sites.
