The Lease & Portfolio Specialist supports the Sales Management team by executing lease and finance portfolio retention strategies, customer outreach, and appointment coordination. This role is responsible for the day-to-day management of assigned portfolio customers, with the objective of increasing retention, upgrade opportunities, and vehicle replacements.

Working closely with Sales Management and the Sales team, this role ensures consistent follow-up, proper timing of customer engagement, and effective coordination of opportunities generated through portfolio activity and service drive engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute lease and finance portfolio outreach strategies as directed by Sales Management
  • Manage assigned portfolio customers from initial contact through appointment coordination and follow-up
  • Engage customers at various stages of the ownership cycle, including lease maturity, early upgrade and retention opportunities
  • Coordinate appointments and handoffs between customers, Sales Consultants, and Sales Management
  • Support service drive initiatives by working alongside Sales Consultants who are actively engaging service drive customers
  • Assist in identifying and nurturing upgrade and replacement opportunities originating from the service drive
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, activity, and outcomes within the CRM system
  • Ensure timely follow-up and consistent communication with portfolio customers
  • Collaborate with Sales Management to prioritize opportunities and align outreach efforts with store objectives


Sales & Transaction Support
  • When appropriate, and at the direction of Sales Management, manage select portfolio opportunities through the full sales process, from initial engagement through delivery
  • Work in conjunction with Sales Consultants on assigned opportunities to ensure a consistent and professional customer experience
  • Support the sales team by preparing customers for appointments and facilitating smooth transitions through the sales process


KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
  • Have an attention to detail and high quality control standards.
  • Have strong computer knowledge and skills.
  • Quick learner, and team player.
  • Strong communication skills, ability to work with all levels of the organization.
  • Previous sales experience, with ability to speak other languages is considered an asset.
  • Good interpersonal, organizational, and communicational skills.
  • The ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.
  • A valid British Columbia Driver's License with a good driving record.
  • Ability to communicate with others and to assimilate and understand information, in a manner consistent with the essential job functions.
  • Ability to make sound decisions in a manner consistent with the essential job functions.
