WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?

Join a team driving enterprise-wide GenAI and AI learning adoption across multiple lines of business. In this role, you will manage the operational engine behind training delivery, ensuring sessions are scheduled, participants are engaged, progress is tracked, learning programs run smoothly at scale. You will help turn AI learning strategy into consistent, measurable execution across the organization, with real autonomy to design how delivery works across geographies and time zones.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?
  • Manage training schedules, registrations, logistics, and facility coordination across all RBC lines of business and geographies
  • Coordinate train-the-trainer cohorts, calendars, workshops, office hours, and role-champion activities across the enterprise
  • Send calendar invitations, reminders, pre-training materials, and follow-up communications to ensure high engagement and attendance
  • Track attendance, completion rates, and engagement metrics by role, line of business, and team using RBC systems and tools
  • Identify at-risk participants and low-engagement areas early, escalating issues proactively to learning leaders and stakeholders
  • Generate weekly and monthly training progress reports documenting completion trends, attendance patterns, and adoption insights
  • Ensure accessibility across RBC's geographies through thoughtful time-zone coverage, session recordings, and inclusive scheduling
  • Coordinate with role champions on peer coaching schedules, adoption support activities, and peer learning network scaling


WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED?

Must have:
  • Program coordination and learning operations management experience across multiple stakeholder groups and organizational levels
  • Ability to manage schedules, logistics, communications, and follow-ups at enterprise scale with precision and attention to detail
  • Strong data tracking, analysis, and reporting skills on attendance, completion, and engagement metrics
  • Ability to identify risks and engagement gaps early and communicate proactively with leadership and stakeholders
  • Strong communication and coordination skills across multiple teams, geographies, organizational structures, and time zones
  • Experience creating dashboards, reports, or learning progress summaries

Nice-to-have:
  • Experience supporting enterprise training, change adoption, or enablement programs at scale
  • Familiarity with GenAI, AI tools, or technical learning programs
  • Experience designing and scaling train-the-trainer models, role champion networks, or peer coaching initiatives
