Title: Learning Operations & Compliance Lead

The Role:

The Learning Operations & Compliance Lead is responsible for the administration, governance, reporting, and continuous improvement of JD Power's learning ecosystem. This role serves as the primary owner of Workday Learning, enterprise compliance training programs, learning analytics, and learning operations processes.

The ideal candidate combines deep Workday Learning expertise with strong compliance program management, reporting, and stakeholder partnership skills to ensure learning programs are scalable, compliant, and effective.

What You'll Be Doing in This Role:

Learning Operations & Workday Administration
  • Own administration, maintenance, and optimization of Workday Learning.
  • Manage learning assignments, campaigns, engagements, learning paths, events, and learner records.
  • Serve as the organization's primary Workday Learning subject matter expert.


Compliance Program Management
  • Lead enterprise compliance training programs, including onboarding, annual, quarterly, and role-based compliance initiatives.
  • Manage compliance reporting, completion tracking, communications, and escalations.
  • Ensure audit readiness and program governance.


Reporting & Analytics
  • Develop dashboards and reports to track compliance, onboarding, and learning effectiveness.
  • Analyze learning data and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Deliver regular reporting to People & Culture and business leaders.


Governance & Process Improvement
  • Establish and maintain learning operations processes, documentation, and standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement of learning administration and learner experience.
  • Support knowledge management and operational excellence across learning programs.


Stakeholder & Vendor Management
  • Partner with HR, Legal, IT, and business leaders to support learning initiatives.
  • Support learning technology vendors, integrations, and operational issues.
  • Contribute to onboarding, leadership development, and other enterprise learning programs as needed

Qualifications of this Role:

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 7-10 years of experience in Learning Operations, LMS Administration, Learning Technology, or Learning & Development.
  • 5+ years of hands-on Workday Learning administration experience.
  • Experience managing enterprise compliance training programs.
  • Experience building and managing learning paths, campaigns, engagements, and assignments within Workday.
  • Strong reporting, dashboard development, and data analysis skills.
  • Experience supporting global or multi-region learning programs.
  • Strong project management, organization, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Articulate Rise and/or Storyline.
  • Experience developing learning operations, governance, processes, and documentation.
  • Experience supporting onboarding, leadership development, mentoring, or enterprise learning programs.


This position has a starting salary range of $110,000 - $125,000 USD per year. This is the range we reasonably and in good faith expect to pay for the role at the time of posting. An employee's pay within the range is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, education, qualifications, experience, performance, business or organizational needs, and geographic location.
