Learning Facilitator (Technical Training Lead Analyst)

Job Description

Shift Hours between 8 a.m. - 6 p.m. EST

Role Summary

The Learning Facilitator is responsible for facilitating learning events as designed by Instructional Designers. The Learning Facilitator will educate and motivate Consumer Health Engagement (CHE) team members; providing an engaging environment in which learners can thrive. As a change agent, the Learning Facilitator will champion and deliver learning that supports Workplace Care's Cultural Beliefs.

Major Responsibilities
  • Design, maintain, and continuously improve coach onboarding curricula, learning outlines, LMS pathways, learner resources, practice scenarios, job aids, and post-training reinforcement programs
  • Facilitate live virtual and asynchronous virtual training sessions, daily learner touchpoints, Coach Power Hours, Coach Huddles, Masterclass sessions, and other ongoing development forums
  • Coordinate training logistics, including learner communications, LMS assignments, training calendars, touchpoints, preceptor alignment, Epic trainer coordination, and post-go-live support
  • Create or coordinate self-packed modules, videos, learning checks, job aids and interactive learning sessions
  • Maintain training intake, tracking, and capacity data to support prioritization, resource planning, and visibility into training demand
  • Translate quality rubrics, coaching standards, documentation expectations, and performance measures into practical learning experiences
  • Maintain version control of learning resources such as workflows, systems, policies, and client requirements change
  • Partner with Epic trainers, health coaches, operations leaders, clinical leaders, and analytics partners to determine appropriate training scope by role and learning needs.
  • Support change management by developing clear manager and learner communications, expectation-setting materials, and transition plans for new workflows or system changes
  • Provide focused constructive feedback; work patiently and effectively with learners of different experience levels, learning styles and cultural diversity
  • Identify training gaps, workflow ambiguity, documentation risks, and process inefficiencies; recommend improvements and escalate needs as appropriate


Qualifications:

The Learning Facilitator must satisfy the following minimum qualifications:
  • A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree is required; a Master's degree is preferred
  • At least 3 or more years of learning experience in a teaching or training environment or curriculum role is strongly preferred.
  • At least 3 or more years successful experience in Care Solutions Coaching or Clinical roles is preferred.
  • Excellent presentation skills with ability to present information in a confident, creative and interactive manner required. Demonstrated classroom and/or virtual facilitation preferred.
  • Strong time management and organization skills are required.
  • A minimum of three or more years of Health Coaching experience and/or health coaching certification, NBHWC certification, clinical coaching experience, or equivalent coaching-practice expertise preferred
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of operational process for Coaching
  • Excellent presentation skills with ability to present information in a confident, creative and interactive manner required. Demonstrated classroom and/or virtual facilitation preferred
  • Experience developing or maintaining LMS-based training modules, digital learning content, job aids, learner guides, or interactive training materials
  • Strong knowledge of Epic, Care Solutions systems and tools
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Wrike, LMS, SharePoint, Webex, Teams, etc.

Must possess the following skills and attributes:
  • Ability to demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and oral
  • Strong understanding of health coaching workflows, motivational interviewing, coaching documentation, and adult-learning principles
  • Ability to translate complex clinical, technical, compliance, and operational workflows into clear, practical training
  • Strong change-management communication skills with the ability to prepare learners and managers for workflow changes
  • Comfort working across clinical operations, business enablement, analytics, quality, compliance, Epic training, and client-facing teams
  • Ability to influence others and enable change throughout the organization
  • Establishes professional, trusting, constructive relationships quickly


Required Work Hours

Full time job with a minimum of forty hours per week, plus other hours as may be necessary to complete job duties

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 71,100 - 118,500 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
