The Learning Experience Lead supports Patient Service Center (PSC) by designing, executing, andoptimizinglearning communications and delivery strategies that drive adoption, readiness, and learner experience. This role ensures learning initiativesfrom onboarding to process updatesare clearly communicated, effectively deployed, and aligned with operational needs.
Learning Communications Strategy & Execution
Create clear, actionable communication materials (announcements, job aids, leader talking points, reinforcement messaging) to support learning initiatives
Identifyandleveragemultiple communication channels (LMS, email, Teams, etc.) to ensure effective delivery, visibility, and trackability of messaging
Training Rollout & Delivery Support
Partner with instructional designers, trainers, and LMS administrators to ensure all learning deliverables are reviewed, approved, and ready for deployment
Compliance & Learning Systems Coordination
Learner Experience & Continuous Improvement
4+ years of experience in learning experience design, learning communications, training delivery support, or related roles
Proficiencyin Microsoft Office tools (Teams, SharePoint, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
