Where We Need You

We are looking for a Learning & Development Senior Specialist to join our team in Chicago or Baltimore. Protiviti works in a hybrid environment and this role requires that you work in-person in our office several times per week.

In this role you will collaborate with various teams to prepare and deliver five-star learning experiences across the globe. You will be responsible for both planning and executing logistics for our Milestone Learning Portfolio, which includes programs that are tailored to each career level from Interns to Executive Leadership.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Design, plan, and deliver high-impact, memorable learning experiences for in person and live virtual learning programs; within budget by managing all pre-event, event, and post-event details seamlessly with program leaders, meeting planners, vendors, participants, facilitators, executive leaders and more.
  • Lead event planning by reviewing contracts, locating offsite venues, negotiating terms, and assessing quality to ensure flawless execution of events of learning programs.
  • Execute learning event preparation which includes creating name tags/tent cards, printing & organizing supplies, updating & emailing program materials, acting as the onsite point-of-contact for all vendors, and assisting with AV needs.
  • Support learning centers and offices. This includes shipping and receiving, assisting with building access, arranging the classroom, placing supply orders, assisting with catering needs, and maintaining an organized & tidy space.
  • Monitor and evaluate event performance to accomplish learning objectives and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Establish, develop, and maintain relationships internally with stakeholders.
  • Stay up to date on best practices and new trends in events and learning.
  • This role may have travel expectations up to 40-50%.
  • As the Learning & Development team is global, you may occasionally be required to work outside typical business hours to accommodate meetings across multiple time zones.

Our Hybrid Workplace

Protiviti operates in a hybrid work environment, meaning all employees are expected to achieve a blend of in-person and remote work. The expected ratio of remote to in-person work will vary by team and other business factors. Local and/or out-of-state travel is required based on our project and internal client commitments.

Starting salary is based on a full-time equivalent schedule. Placement in the range is dependent upon experience, skills and geographic work location. Below is the salary range for this job.
$73,000.00 - $110,000.00

Our annual bonus plan provides eligible employees additional cash and/or discretionary stock compensation opportunities. Below is the bonus target opportunity for this job.

The total cash range is estimated from the sum of the base salary range plus the bonus target opportunity. Below is the estimated total cash range for this job.
$78,840.00 - $118,800.00

Employees are eligible for medical, dental, and vision coverages, FSA and HSA healthcare accounts, life and accident insurance, adoption and fertility assistance, paid parental leave up to 10 weeks, and short/long term disability. We offer eligible employees a company 401(k) savings and investment plan with an employer match of 50% on the first 6% of your contributions. We provide Choice Time Off (CTO) for vacation, personal needs, and sick time. The amount of (CTO) varies based on years of service. New hires receive up to 20 days of CTO per calendar year. Protiviti also recognizes up to 11 paid holidays each calendar year.
