Full Job Description
Overview

The L&D Learning Content Curator is responsible for identifying the type of content to aggregate, publish and distribute. In addition, the Curator is responsible for maintaining content organization, process, taxonomy, and governance of Learning & Development Center materials, including versioning and archiving. The Curator will also ensure that the LMS and DMS are continually reviewed and updated to keep them current and accurate.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for overseeing and reinforcing content strategy, including creating requirements for content audits, gap analyses, taxonomies, metadata frameworks, style guides, and content migration plans.
  • Leads communication and execution of the LMS and DMS platform enhancements.
  • Partners with learning designers to drive performance support initiatives ensuring appropriate as needed-content is available for end users.
  • Leads initiatives to analyze user feedback, and learning system/content usage to recommend and implement user-experience improvements.
  • Participates on L&DC project teams to identify content impact and ensure content management processes are maintained and/or developed.
  • Identifies and implements innovative process improvement solutions that contributes to the creation and support of content and department standards and procedures.
  • Serves as a leader on the team by positively influencing peers in time of change, leading the team in new initiatives that meet company goals and objectives.
  • Inspires teamwork, responsibility, and accountability with team members.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Communication, Education - Required
  • 3 years of experience in instructional design and/or project management.
  • 5 years of experience in Microsoft Office products, including Office suite and Office 365 applications.

Compensation

In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share that the starting base pay range for this position is $65,100 - $102,300 annually. Please keep in mind that this range is the base pay only and does not consider other components that make up the total rewards package for the position. If you are hired at Paychex, your overall compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience which may result in total compensation outside of this range.
