Introduction to the Job

As a Learning and Knowledge Management Business Partner, you help shape how people learn, grow, and perform at ASML's Wilton Factory. Your work strengthens workforce capability and supports the production of advanced lithography systems that power the global semiconductor industry.

In this role, you connect business priorities with learning and knowledge strategies. As a Learning and Knowledge Management Business Partner, you ensure teams have the skills, knowledge, and tools needed to succeed today and in the future. You contribute directly to ASML's mission by enabling continuous improvement, collaboration, and innovation across the factory.

Role and Responsibilities

In this role, you act as a strategic partner to business leaders while driving measurable workforce development outcomes. You balance long-term planning with hands-on execution, always focusing on impact.

As a Learning and Knowledge Management Business Partner, you will:
  • Partner with business leaders to translate strategy into learning and workforce development plans
  • Identify skill gaps and define targeted learning and knowledge management solutions
  • Lead needs assessments and use data to prioritize development initiatives
  • Guide stakeholders on effective learning approaches, including non-training solutions when appropriate
  • Drive adoption of knowledge-sharing practices and improve access to critical information
  • Measure and communicate the impact of learning initiatives using performance metrics
  • Build strong partnerships across teams to support change and continuous improvement


Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience required
  • 3+ years of experience in workforce development, learning, or project coordination required
  • Experience translating business needs into learning or performance solutions preferred
  • Experience in a manufacturing or technical environment preferred
  • Familiarity with learning systems, collaboration tools, or knowledge platforms
  • Experience working in a global or matrixed organization is an advantage

  • This position is located on-site in Wilton, Connecticut. It requires onsite presence to attend in-person work-related events, trainings and meetings and to further ensure teamwork, collaboration and innovation
