A Taste of What You'll Do

Join a team dedicated to building capability, driving performance, and supporting a culture of continuous learning. In this role, you will help implement and maintain training programs that enable employees to perform at their best while supporting key operational priorities across areas such as FSMA, EHS, Production, Quality, and Maintenance.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to review and improve training materials, ensure training records are accurate and complete, and support the execution of training schedules across the organization. By evaluating training effectiveness and gathering meaningful feedback, you will help identify opportunities to strengthen learning outcomes and support business objectives.

This position offers the opportunity to contribute to both formal classroom training and on-the-job learning initiatives, including Training Within Industry (TWI) practices. You will participate in new hire orientation and support employees at various stages of their development journey, helping create engaging and effective learning experiences. Success in this role requires strong organization, communication, and collaboration skills, along with a commitment to continuous improvement, innovation, accountability, and operational excellence.

What You'll Need
• Bachelor's degree plus 2 years of training, learning and development, education, organizational development, or instructional design experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR High school diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 6 years of training, learning and development, education, organizational development, or instructional design experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
• Training experience that includes the delivery of instructional content for a varied audience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong organizational and time management skills; experience with working independently and as part of a team.
• Skilled in the use of MS Outlook, MS Excel and MS Word at an intermediate level.
• Required to lift and move up to 25 lbs.
• Must be able to comply with company PPE and/or GMP requirements appropriate for the job site(s).
• Candidate is required to have a valid driver's license, a safe driving record and reliable vehicle (if applicable) at the time of hire. This position will undergo a motor vehicle check (MVR) to confirm a history of safe and responsible driving. If needed, candidate must obtain the appropriate state driver's license based on the position's location within 30 days of hire.
• Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation. This may be in addition to travel requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.
• Required to be 18 years or older. This may be in addition to other age requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.

How You'll Stand Out
• Bachelor's degree plus 4 years of training, learning and development, education, organizational development, or instructional design experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR High school diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 8 years of training, learning and development, education, organizational development, or instructional design experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
• TWI Certified Job Instruction Trainer.
• Experience effectively presenting information and responding to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers and the general public.
• Experience working in the wine or spirits industry.

  • We offer a broad salary range to allow for long-term growth. Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by multiple factors, including, but not limited to, education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Although we estimate the successful candidate hired into this role will be placed between the entry point and middle of the range, the decision will be made on a case-by-case basis related to these factors. In addition to the salary, this position may be eligible for bonuses, incentive plans, or participate in tasting room tip pools, as applicable.
